Terms of Use

1. General terms
These Terms of Use govern the use of the slot booking service at the private fitness studio The CODE, operated by Gym&Acro, sports services sole proprietorship, owner Roko Lozić. By booking a slot the user confirms they have read and accepted these Terms.
2. Booking and access
Slots are booked exclusively online. Each slot lasts 55 minutes and is intended for at most two people. After successful payment the user receives a one-time PIN code for the smart lock, active 15 minutes before the slot starts and expiring at the end of the slot.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in euros. Exempt from VAT under Article 90(1) of the Croatian VAT Act, so no VAT is included in the price. Payment is possible by card or by using package credits. A single session uses one credit, a pair session two — it takes both spots. Package credits are valid for one year from the date of purchase; unused credits expire at the end of that period.
4. Cancellation
Free cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the slot starts, with a credit refund. After that, the slot is not refunded. Exception: within the first hour after booking, cancelling and rescheduling are always free, no matter how close the session is. Being late does not move the end of the slot.
5. Complaints and refunds
If you cancel more than 24 hours before the session, you receive a credit or you can move the booking to another open slot. Money is not refunded to the card — the value stays on your account as a credit valid for one year. Cancelling less than 24 hours before the session forfeits it, unless you are still within the first hour after booking. A pair session returns two credits, because two spots were paid for. 6. Liability and safety
The user uses the equipment at their own risk and must follow the studio rules. The studio is not liable for injuries caused by improper use of equipment. The user is responsible for people they bring to their slot.
7. Changes to the terms
Gym&Acro reserves the right to change these Terms. Users are notified of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes is considered acceptance of the new terms.
